SEC Municipal Advisor Rule
By publicly posting the following written disclosure, the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority intends that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.
The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority has retained an independent registered municipal advisor. Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is represented by and will rely on its municipal advisor, Public Resources Advisory Group, to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products, including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments. This certificate may be relied upon until June 30, 2015. Proposals may be addressed to Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority at 2627 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505.

2005 Agreement with City of Burbank
