The Airport Authority holds regular public meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Sky Room, located in the administrative offices on the second floor of the main terminal building. Parking in the hourly parking structure is validated for those attending the meetings.

The Authority has three standing committees that meet on a regular basis in the administrative offices on the second floor of the main terminal building. The public is welcome to attend, and parking in the Short Term parking structure is validated. The Operations and Development Committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Monday of each month, preceding the regular Authority Commission meeting. The Finance and Administration Committee meets on Authority meeting dates at 10:30 a.m. or immediately following the full Authority meeting. The Legal, Government, and Environmental Affairs Committee meets at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday the same week the Authority meets.

Current Agendas
An agenda for each regular meeting of the full Authority and its standing committees will be posted 72 hours in advance of the meeting in the display case in the entryway of the main terminal building, located at 2627 Hollywood Way.

Part 161 Study: The authority completed a Part 161 Study in 2009 and submitted an application for a nighttime curfew to the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2009, the FAA denied the application. Click here for full documentation of the study.

2005 Agreement with City of Burbank
The Airport Authority and the City of Burbank in February 2005 concluded an agreement aimed at charting a course for airport facilities and nighttime noise abatement efforts. There was an extensive public process beginning in the summer of 2004. Related PDF documents:
